Cancellation Policy
Jeamani Prom Consultation Policy - Consultation Fee: Each prom consultation is priced at $150. - Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your final garment price. - Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe will forfeit the deposit. - No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee of $150. - Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, with the deposit forfeited. - Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
